Girlguiding was founded in Jersey in 1919.

 

There are currently over 400 members in  32 units Island wide which are administered via three districts (East, South & West)

 

We are one of the 16 counties and islands that make up Girlguiding South West England which is part of Girlguiding UK who are the United Kingdom's largest voluntary organisation for girls and young women, with about 575,000 members including about 65,000 trained volunteer adult Leaders. 'Girlguiding UK' is an operating name of The Guide Association.
